The Trueluck VIP ladder: tiers, cashback vs rakeback and Mission Hub coins
There are five tiers in the Trueluck VIP club. Your rank rises with the amount you wager. Rewards begin at level 2, and the stronger VIP perks start at Fortune. Level-up rewards across the club add up to as much as €5,000.
The five tiers
- Seeker: level-up rewards up to 70 FS.
- Charm: up to 220 FS and daily cashback of 5%.
- Fortune: up to €100, cashback up to 7%, rakeback up to 6%.
- Destiny: up to €500, cashback up to 10%, rakeback up to 8%, Gold tournaments.
- TrueApex: up to €3,500, cashback up to 15%, rakeback up to 10%, private tournaments.
Cashback or rakeback?
Cashback is tied to losses: a share of what you lost that day comes back as real money. Rakeback is normally linked to how much you bet rather than to the result, so the two reward different things.
One detail does not line up. The rakeback promotion card says up to 5%, while the VIP page lists up to 10% at TrueApex. We show both figures and suggest asking support which one applies to your account.
Skipping the climb
Instant VIP is offered after one deposit of €1,000, or €2,000 in total over 30 days. Players with VIP status at another casino can ask Trueluck to transfer it.
Mission Hub and coins
Missions are limited-time tasks. Each can be done once per event. They pay coins that never expire. Coins are spent in the Bonus Store on free spins or bonus cash, and Scratch Cards give instant rewards.
